Overview

An organization’s Human Resource department finds itself involved in countless situations that are potential areas of risk—from employment law issues, compensation, benefits and record keeping to potential managerial in compliance with HR policies, procedures and legal provisions. Therefore, HR Audit is a valuable risk mitigation tool used in assessing the effectiveness of HR Function within the organization.
