Job Role: Manpower Outsourcing Manager
Location: Ejigbo, Lagos
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients to understand their manpower requirements, business goals, and specific needs for outsourced workforce.
· Develop comprehensive workforce solutions by designing innovative outsourcing strategies tailored to client demands.
· Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and selection to onboarding and performance tracking.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient service delivery.
· Conduct regular performance reviews of outsourced team members and address any performance-related issues in a proactive manner.
· Monitor market trends and industry best practices to recommend adjustments and enhancements to outsourcing strategies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between outsourced talent and internal processes.
· Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness and impact of the outsourced workforce to senior management.
· Stay updated on labor regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards related to outsourcing.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
· 7 years of experience in manpower outsourcing or related roles.
· Proven track record in designing and implementing successful workforce outsourcing strategies.
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and vendor management.
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for building rapport with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
· Proficient in using HR management software and tools.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
We seek an experienced and skilled SENIOR ACCOUNTANT to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in managing our financial records, reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Job Role: Senior Accountant
Location: Ejigbo, Lagos
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee the company’s financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
· Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
· Perform month-end and year-end closing processes and reconciliations.
· Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
· Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filing processes.
· Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial projections and analysis.
· Lead the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during the audit process.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Not less than 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
· Professional certification is a must.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
· Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
