Job Role:
– Drive the achievement of periodic revenue target of the business unit.
Come up with business development/growth plan for the Research & Development/Consulting business unit.
– Build strong relationship with both existing and new customers
– Ensure growth in CREM’s market share in Research & Dev/Consulting
Strategically drive the retention of our customer base/market share in the business vertical.
Design innovative and compelling Research and Consulting proposals that elicit curiosity for result.

Learning & Dev/Entrepreneurship Solutions Manager
Job Role:
– Ensure that revenue target for the business unit is met periodically.
– Build strong relationship with both existing and new customers
Design and create robust L&D programmes that enhances knowledge and improves performance.
Launch LMS and manage same to drive adoption for enhanced revenue.
Continuously update CREM’s L&D content in line with contemporary development in the space.
Maintain very competitive faculty that equates the best in the industry
Ensure growth in CREM’s market share.
Lead and co-ordinate all L&D efforts to achieve designed objectives.

Job Role:
– Ensure registration with HuCaPAN, get Recruiters License.
Come up with processes for human capital outsourcing management.
Lead in the drive for the acquisition of new customers across all CREM’s business verticals.
Co-ordinate all Outsourcing business efforts for seamless operations
Ensure that bills are timely paid by our clients
Organize, schedule and ensure the execution of training for outsourced staff.
Build a robust customer relationship management mechanism to ensure retention and enhanced usage.
Ensure seamless recruitment, placement and management of outsourced staff.
Experience: 7 – 10 years
HRBP/Admin
HR/Admin will run both the HR & administrative functions
Payroll advise to finance
Transcend regular HR to HRBP across business units.
Drive performance improvement and staff optimization
Come up with staff training calendar and ensure implementation
Define clear HR/Admin processes
Lead in recruitment and employee onboarding
Manage requisition, travel and procurements
Develop employee self portal for ease of internal processes.
Experience: 5 – 7 years
Graphics & Branding Officer
Job Role
Come up with designs for all communication of our brand.
Lead in the compilation of a Brand Manual for CREM
Proactively come up with appropriate designs for known ‘’World days’’ events or national or professional events worthy of reckoning for digital communication.
Work with digital marketing for content alignment with designs
Provide designs for website, socials, BTL and ATL
Deliver designs for bids, proposals, profile, webinars, training materials etc.
Design materials with world class Look & Feel capable of portraying our brand positively to both existing and potential customers
Observe fundamental design principles aligned with defined values
Come up with motion designs and animation etc.
Experience: 3 – 5 years
