Terms and condition
Utensils must be washed at designated area.
Cooking is not allowed within the premises.
Charcoal powered, roasting, or grilling, is not allowed within the premises. However, if you wish to use charcoal energy, your vendor must do so at the designated area, and clean up the charcoal debris immediately after the event.
Events are allowed for a maximum of eight hours, events beyond eight hours will attract ₦25,000 per hour.
Do not operate the air conditioners, refer to the facility manager.
Cancellation of already booked and paid events attract 50% surcharge.
Rescheduling of already booked and paid events attract 25% surcharge.
The following caution fee apply: ₦50,000.00 refundable client deposit (clients are responsible for collection of vendor’s ₦20,000.00 refundable fees).
