He has a record of achievement in new business development and business management spanning across Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Consulting, and Training sectors.

Mr. Wellington is an alumnus of the prestigious premier University; the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria where he obtained an MBA in Management and also a B.Sc in Marketing Management from the University of Uyo, Nigeria. He is also a Fellow/member of professional bodies such as: Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) Chartered, and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).
